Tips to Help you Revise
Firstly, try not to stress about revising. The key is to stay calm and allow knowledge to simply flow into your brain. Sounds easy I know but here are some ideas to help you:
1. Plan in Advance
Make sure you allow enough time to prepare, you'll need to know which subjects you're going to revise for and when. Making a timetable for revising is also a technique to help people manage their time and to revise for each subject evenly. myrevisionplan.co.uk
2. Exam Papers
You never really know what you're going to be asked in an exam, but you can get a very good idea by trying past exam papers from the same syllabus.
3. Your Revision Environment
When and where you revise is important. To get the most out of your time try choosing a quiet, calm place with good lighting. Also try telling people before you start revising not to disturb you, because otherwise people might break your concentration.
Bonus Tip:
I personally take in information very well through talking to friends about it. Even better if you can make jokes about the subject and link that to certain things in your head. Try quizing each other on the subject you're revising and don't be afraid to ask them if you don't understand something.
